Life cycle and maintenance
The software is developed and maintained by the rights holder. Updates are released on the service side and reach all users at once: nothing has to be installed, an open page switches to the new version on its own. As a rule, an update is deployed without stopping the service. Notable changes are described in the What’s new section of the dashboard and in a monthly email. The Android kiosk app is updated through the app store.
A problem can be reported through the Support form in the dashboard, by email or in the support chat: a request sent from the form gets a number and the answer comes by email. Details of an interface error in the browser (the error text and the page address without access keys) are reported to the developer automatically. An improvement can be suggested in the dashboard, in the Suggest an idea section.
