An electronic queue, appointments and notifications. Free for a single location. No SMS and no kiosk terminal worth thousands.
When you sign up, the Business plan is connected for one week — every feature is open, no card needed. After that the account moves to Free on its own.
Feature for feature it's a premium product — yet the essentials stay free. Everything you need in one service, with no surcharges for hardware or SMS.
Browser push and Telegram arrive even with the screen locked. You never pay per message — competitors charge for every SMS.
Everything a kiosk terminal with a printer and display board does, but in the browser. One QR poster and any screen.
Several named screens for one queue — "Floor 1", "Reception" — each with its own layout and set of windows.
Slots, staff selection, reminders and a waitlist with an automatic alert when someone cancels. Live queue and bookings together.
REST API, webhooks and an .ics calendar feed that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook — included, not a separate add-on.
A secure connection (HTTPS) and minimal visitor data. Guests join the queue with no sign-up — simple enough for anyone.
Kiosk, printer, installation, supplies, weeks to launch
A QR poster and a board on any screen — live in minutes
A location is a single site. Inside it you can run as many queues as you like — reception, counter, doctor — and it's still one location.
Pay for as many sites as you need. Price = number of locations × plan rate. A single location is just "Business".
The system always knows your real location count — you can't under-report it, and it won't let you run more than you've paid for.
Add a location mid-month and you only top up for the rest of the period. Remove one and your next invoice is smaller.
Getting a paid plan. Outside our home market we set paid plans up by hand: email us and we will reply with the payment options and an invoice. Thefree plan needs nothing at all — run a real queue first and decide later.
Typical changes — a new service, a second display, a different board layout — are settings: you already have them on your plan, at no extra cost. If you need something beyond that, there are three ways.
