Spin up a queue in a minute and put up a QR code. Visitors take a spot from their phone, watch their number in real time, and get notified by browser push or on Telegram. No apps, no signup — everything opens right in the phone’s browser.
Everything in its place — from what the guest sees to flow control, scale and integrations.
The visitor scans the QR and joins the queue with a single tap. If you can scan a QR code, you can use it.
A browser push or a message on Telegram when your turn is near — it reaches you even with the phone in your pocket. No SMS.
The display board shows “≈ 15 min” until your call — calculated from real serving speed and the number of windows. People stay calmer when they can see the wait.
A guest says how many they are and steps out for a walk: their place on the list stays. The host sees every party size and calls the one that fits the table that just freed up. The message arrives in a messenger, so nobody has to watch the board.
An Accessibility button on the ticket screen and on the kiosk: large type, high contrast, and the status can be read aloud. For older and low-vision visitors, who fill half the hall in a clinic or a public service center.
The ticket is taken from home or from the car, and the screen says right away: the wait is about 20 minutes, arrive by 14:35. Running late? Tap “I am running late” and no more than three people go ahead before you are called again. The hall empties out and nobody loses their place.
Changed their mind or cannot make it? A "Leave the queue" button right in the messenger and a link in the email, and a booked visitor moves the time or changes the specialist on their own. Someone silent after the call gets "Are you coming?" with an "I'm on my way" button. No place sits idle, and the operator never calls an empty hall.
Different screens for different zones: “Floor 1” shows its own windows, “Reception” shows its own. Each has its own link.
Show image slides and YouTube videos on the board — promotions, announcements, ads. There is a dedicated “Advertising” layout and a portrait board for vertical TVs, just like in banks. People who connected notifications can also get one image with a caption right before their ticket.
Your own color, logo, board background and scale, captions your way. The service looks like yours, with no Minutka badge.
A soft dotted style and your logo in the centre of the code on the poster and the kiosk. It still scans with a margin: the error correction level is the highest.
The code on the board changes every half a minute, so tickets are taken only by people in the room. A forwarded link shows the queue but issues no ticket.
The ticket page carries an image with a caption and a button: a promotion, the menu, booking the next visit. The same one that goes before the ticket in the messenger.
Need slots instead of a live queue? Turn on appointment mode: the visitor books a time and picks a specialist, and gets a reminder before the visit. Fully booked? They join the waitlist, and a freed time reaches them in a messenger, the browser or by email.
The visitor picks only a time, and the system assigns the specialist itself: the least busy one that day or the first free one in the list, and only among those who provide the service. The workload is more even, and nobody has to hunt for a free slot with each specialist.
A parent with two children or a couple book in a single basket: each with their own service and their own specialist, and we find a time for everyone at once. The specialist sees the name of each person and calls them by name. "Together" puts them all at the same time with different specialists, "one after another" sends them to a single specialist back to back, with no waiting in between. The confirmation and the reminder arrive as one message for the whole group, listing who is seen at what time. You can cancel one person, or reschedule the whole group at once.
A booked visitor checks in on their own: with a button on the booking page, from a poster in the room or with a code at the kiosk, and staff see who has arrived and who is running late. People know in advance how late they may be, and a booking without a check-in can cancel itself after that.
No need to pick one or the other: booked visitors are called at their time and walk-ins in between. Five minutes before the slot the booked ticket goes first, while the live queue still sees an honest “two people ahead of you”. That is how clinics, public service centers, salons and car services actually run.
Bookings become events in the specialist calendar by themselves, and time already busy there disappears from the booking grid — no more double-booking over a personal appointment.
A tablet at the entrance for those without a smartphone: press a button, get a number, and print a ticket if you like. In appointment mode the kiosk checks in booked visitors by their confirmation code.
Multi-step visits without manual work: a service knows what comes next, so after the front desk the ticket moves on to the doctor by itself, then to the cashier — same number, with a notification. Manual transfer is still there.
No spare screen at the counter? Link a Telegram bot and call visitors with chat commands: the whole workstation fits in a phone.
The operator writes to a person in the queue — “have your ID ready”, “come to window 3” — and the visitor can reply. Replies are open only after the operator writes first, so the channel stays closed to abuse and spam.
Email as a channel next to messengers: booking confirmation, a reminder, "you are called" and your messages. The address comes from the form, replies land in the ticket chat.
Bookings, regular clients and specialist schedules from .xlsx or .csv: the base from your old system moves over in five minutes.
You write the call, reminder and booking confirmation texts yourself, with the number, window and time filled in. The visitor hears the voice of your company, not of the service.
Served, no-shows, average wait by day, hour, window and staff member — for any period, compared with the previous one.
Using your own data, the system predicts peak hours and suggests how many windows to open each hour so the queue never piles up.
Invite operators and administrators — each with their own login, PIN and permissions, plus an activity log.
A report for one queue or for the whole dashboard at once: key figures against the previous period, a by-day chart, tables of windows and staff, and written conclusions. Download the PDF or have it emailed.
The live queue can be joined only near the venue, within the radius you set. Removes tickets taken from home “to avoid waiting later” and the reselling of places. Or let people join in advance: "Next" calls them once they confirm their arrival on site.
A short Saturday, lunch from 1 to 2 pm, a public holiday or a short day with a note: the queue, bookings, services and specialists follow their schedule by themselves. The visitor sees "Closed now. Opens: Mon, 09:00", nobody can book over lunch, and the display warns about a short day.
The visitor rates the service after being served — on their phone or on a tablet at the window facing them. Happy guests go to your public reviews page, unhappy ones write to you privately — a complaint does not land in public.
Who served how many, how their service times vary, when they are busy and how they do on discipline, across all their queues at once. That is a conversation with an employee based on numbers rather than impressions. Download it as a PDF or get it by email.
Stars say "I liked it" but stay silent on the main thing: was the visitor's problem actually solved. Ask two or three questions of your own and watch the share of "yes" day by day instead of a monthly average. Next to it there is a QR poster for the hall, for people who never took a ticket.
A live network board instead of five tabs with display screens: how many are waiting at each location, how many windows are open, where the queue has stalled. One screen tells you whom to call right now.
Call up visitors straight from Telegram — with “Next”, “No-show”, “Question” and “Break” buttons. When the first visitor joins an empty queue, the bot writes to you by itself.
One text to all waiting at once: “we’re running 15 minutes late”, “open through lunch” — on screen and in notifications.
Russian, English, Kazakh, Uzbek, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Arabic, Thai, French, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian and Malay on the ticket screen, the display board, the kiosk and in notifications. Set per queue; machine translations can be corrected line by line.
A tablet on the floor with a single button. A shopper taps it — operators see a ticket with the area name, hear a sound and get a bot message. For sales floors and pickup points.
Lunch, technical, other: the board and visitors see “Lunch until 14:00”, and the shift analytics show how breaks split. The operator can leave a note on a ticket: “missing a certificate”, “asked for a call back”.
A guest stepped away — move their ticket to the back of the queue; and you can call up a no-show again once they return.
A reception or a cash desk serves several queues at once: "Next" takes the first in the common order, and each ticket shows which queue it came from.
"Entered" and "left" with one tap, and "12 of 20 inside" on the board. When the room is full, visitors wait at the entrance and get a message as soon as a place frees up.
By the phone number from the ticket the operator sees past visits, no-shows, ratings and the company note. A regular client is recognised at once.
Several locations under one roof: shared branding and combined analytics across the whole network.
HTTPS connection, minimal visitor data and short retention — just enough to run the queue.
REST API, webhooks and a calendar feed (.ics) — subscribe to bookings in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Queue events flow into your own tools automatically.
A powerful tool for clinics, government service centers, banks, post offices and pickup points. Start on the free plan; add your own brand and advanced analytics on Business, and multi-location and the API on the Business Pro plan.
Create a queueMinutka is built first and foremost for a live queue — when people walk in and wait their turn: government service centers, healthcare, banks, order pickup, food service. And when you need strict time-slot booking, turn on appointment mode and visitors reserve a convenient hour.
The service fits a small clinic, a large government service center and a network of dozens of locations alike: multiple windows and operators, staff with roles and access, named counters, priority walk-in service, services routed to windows, service ratings and analytics for any period — by day, hour, window and staff member, with comparison, a client export to Excel and a printable PDF report that can be emailed to you. If people take tickets from home to skip the wait, turn on “ticket only on site”: the live queue is then joined only within the radius you set around the venue. Need strict time-slot booking — turn on appointment mode. And visitors get a call notification by browser push or on Telegram — you can put the phone in your pocket and never miss your number. The display board shows the estimated time until the call and fills the spare space with announcements and ads. For networks and larger organizations there is an open API, webhooks and a calendar subscription (.ics) that syncs bookings into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
The queue and bookings follow your schedule: hours per weekday, a lunch break, a short Saturday and public holidays. A visitor who changed their mind leaves the queue or cancels a booking in one tap right in the messenger, a booked visitor moves the time on their own, and when booking they can choose "any specialist" and the system assigns a free one.
It is an online replacement for paper tickets and pricey button-terminals. You put up a QR code, a visitor scans it with their phone and takes a place in the queue. They see their number right on the screen, and when their turn comes they get a notification and the number is announced on the display board in the room.
No. The queue opens in the phone's regular browser the moment the QR code is scanned — no app to install, no sign-up, no personal details. Even an elderly visitor can handle it.
There is a free plan that works right away: unlimited queues, up to two windows per account and two staff members per queue, notifications via Telegram and browser push, a display board with voice call-ups, a kiosk and daily statistics. For organizations there are paid plans: "Business" at $49/mo for 10 windows (services, appointments, your own branding, period analytics) and "Business Pro" at $79/mo for 30 windows (no badge from us, Excel export, forecasting, a network of locations, open API, webhooks and CRM). Extra windows are added one at a time. You pay for windows, not for locations, queues or visitors, monthly or yearly with a 20% discount, no SMS and no hidden fees. See the "Pricing" page for details.
Yes. When you sign up, the "Business Pro" plan is connected on your account for 5 days: 30 windows, services with routing, appointments, your own branding, board media, analytics over a period, Excel export and integrations. No card is needed and nothing is charged — after 5 days the account moves to the Free plan on its own. Whatever you configured is kept; the paid extras simply switch off.
The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). We store the bare minimum of visitor data, and only briefly — just enough to run the queue and notify people when it is their turn.
Several ways at once: a browser push notification (it arrives even with the screen locked), a message on Telegram, plus a sound and a spoken announcement of the number on the display board in the room. We also warn people in advance — when only a few visitors are left before their call — so they can head back in time and their turn never catches them off guard. How many people ahead to warn at is up to you.
Yes. The ticket page has a "Share with family" button: it sends a link that shows the number, how many people are ahead, the call and the window, and the date and time for a booking. The relative turns on notifications for themselves with this link: in the browser or on Telegram. The ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled with it: only the person who took the ticket can do that. The link works while the ticket is active and for one more day after it closes, on every plan.
Someone who changed their mind leaves the queue in one tap, with a button in the messenger or on the ticket page, and their place goes to the next people right away. A visitor who stays silent after the call gets an "Are you coming?" question with an "I'm on my way" button, and the operator sees the answer. The operator marks a visitor who did not come as a no-show: the ticket closes, or, if you set it up that way, the person is called once more after everyone else. A booked visitor reschedules on their own, an unconfirmed booking is released in advance and goes to the waitlist, and a booking without an "I'm here" check-in can cancel itself once the late window is over. Cancelling and the "Are you coming?" question work on every plan, and appointments come with Business.
Yes. Set the number of windows and give them clear names — "Counter 1", "Reception", "Dr. Ivanov". Each operator picks their own window, while the system manages the shared flow and shows "number → window" on the display board.
Set up services (for example "Lending", "Cashier", "Mortgage") — the visitor picks the one they need when taking a ticket, and each can have its own number prefix (L042, M017). Then link windows to services: the counter serves "Cashier", the mortgage office serves "Mortgage". After that the operator just presses "Next" and the system hands them only tickets for their service — no guessing. A window with no link takes everyone. Services and routing come with the Business plan; great for banks, government service centers and clinics.
Any screen with a browser — a TV, a monitor or a mini-PC. Open the board link, go full screen — the large digits, sound and voice set themselves up automatically.
The operator taps "Add" and issues the next number by hand. There is a "priority" mode — invite visitors with reduced mobility, people with disabilities or those with children ahead of the line.
Yes. Invite operators and administrators: an operator calls and serves visitors, while an administrator can also change settings and view analytics. Sign-in is by a personal link or a short PIN, every action is logged, and access can be revoked at any time.
Yes. Combine your locations into a network: one brand and combined analytics across all branches at once, while each branch can still be managed separately. And you can hang several display boards in the room — each one shows only its own windows. Networks come with the Business Pro plan, and several boards per queue come with Business.
Yes. Turn on appointments mode — and instead of a walk-in ticket the visitor picks a free slot at a convenient time and, if needed, a specific staff member. Each service can have its own duration, and a reminder arrives before the appointment (how far ahead is up to you). Appointments mode comes with the Business plan, and everything else (notifications, display board, analytics) works the same way.
Yes, on the Business Pro plan. Turn on “Live queue and appointments” in the queue settings: booked visitors come at their time, everyone else waits in the live queue, and the operator sees a single list. Five minutes before the slot the booked ticket moves to the front, so it does not wait with everyone else and the live queue is not left guessing.
Yes. Opening hours are set per weekday and with a break, and holidays and short days are added as special days with a note. Outside the hours the QR entry and the kiosk are closed, and the visitor sees when you open: "Closed now. Opens: Mon, 09:00". Nobody can book over lunch, services and specialists can have their own hours, and on a short day the display shows "Open today until 15:00". Bookings on a day you closed are not cancelled automatically: the dashboard names the dates so you can let people know. Opening hours and special days come with every plan, and appointments and services come with Business.
Yes, there is a “Restaurant seating” template. A guest says how many they are, joins the waitlist from their phone or at the host stand, and steps outside. The host sees every party size and calls the one that fits the table that just freed up, and the guest gets a message in a messenger.
Yes. Next to the number of people waiting, the display board shows an estimated time until the call — "≈ 15 min". It is calculated from the real serving speed over the recent period and the number of open windows, so it adapts to the current pace. A wait with a clear estimate is easier to bear.
Yes. You can add image slides and YouTube video to the board — promotions, announcements, ads, useful information. There is a dedicated "Ad" layout: a large media block with compact call-ups beside it, leaving room for a caption under the content. This feature is available on the "Business" plan.
Yes. On the "Business" plan you can connect Google Calendar directly: bookings become events on their own, a reschedule moves them, a cancellation removes them — and time already busy in your calendar disappears from the visitor booking grid; it also includes a calendar subscription (.ics) for Apple Calendar or Outlook. The "Business Pro" plan adds an open REST API and webhooks ("called"/"served" events are sent to your system). Webhooks also plug into Zapier or Make, so you can connect your own CRM, Google Sheets and thousands of other apps without code. Full documentation is on the "API" page in your dashboard.
How many were served, admitted and no-shows, the average wait and serving time — by day, hour, window and staff member. You can pick any period (7/30/90 days or a custom range) and compare it with the previous one. There is a summary for the whole dashboard and for the multi-location network, you can export clients to Excel, and there is a printable PDF report — for one queue or for every location at once, with a by-day chart, window and staff tables and written conclusions. Download it or have it emailed to you. Daily statistics come with every plan. Period analytics with comparison and the printable report come with Business, and the network summary and Excel export come with Business Pro.
Yes. Turn on "Ticket only on site": while at the venue you press one button to capture the point, and pick a radius (from 100 m to 2 km). After that the live queue can be joined only nearby — which removes tickets taken from home "to avoid waiting later" and the reselling of places. Bookings for other days are not affected, and the kiosk and the operator issue tickets as before, so a visitor who does not share their location is not left out. Indoors a phone is imprecise, so the margin of error is counted in the visitor's favour. And honestly: a position can be spoofed — this guards against casual misuse, not deliberate circumvention.
Yes. The queue settings take a list of regular clients’ phone numbers: a ticket taken with such a phone becomes a priority ticket right away — the operator calls it first. Next to it, a safeguard for everyone else: “bump to priority anyone waiting over N minutes”. The operator can also mark any ticket as priority by hand — for a visitor with limited mobility, say. Business Pro plan.
Yes, let us talk. First, check whether it is already a setting: a new service, a second display, a different board layout, your own fields in the visitor form — all of that is configured on your plan at no extra cost. If you need more, there are three ways. A common task can go into the shared roadmap — write to us and we will tell you straight whether we see it there. You can build it yourself with the open REST API and webhooks on the "Business Pro" plan. Or you can order the development separately: we discuss the scope with you, and it is paid on top of the subscription.
Yes. The "Integrations" tab has ready-made code: the "Join the queue" button is a plain link with its own styles that fits any website builder, and the display board is embedded as a frame that refreshes itself. If you need to connect the queue to your own software, the Business Pro plan has an open API and webhooks, and the calendar subscription comes with Business.
Yes, on the Business Pro plan. In the queue settings tick your other queues, and "Next" takes the first in the common order. The ticket is called in its own queue, and boards and notifications work as usual.
Turn on "Emails to the visitor" and add an email field to the form. The visitor gets a booking confirmation, a reminder and a "you are called" email, and the address can also be entered on the ticket page. Business Pro plan.
Free, no registration. In a minute you’ll have a ready QR poster and a display board.
