QLess is built for campuses, hospitals and government offices: big deployments, integrations, a contract and an account manager. What it does not have is a price on the page or a way to try it without talking to someone. If you are a smaller operation that just needs the line to stop being a line, that is a lot of process before anything works.
QLess does not publish prices and has no free plan: you get a quote through its sales team, and it is built for campuses, hospitals and public sector rollouts. Minutka publishes its price (free for one location, $19 per location a month), needs no call to start, and is sized for single locations and small networks rather than enterprise deployments.
QLess does not publish pricing publicly; directories list figures from around $60 per user a month and note that quotes come through their sales team, with no free plan. Checked in September 2026. Ask them directly for a current quote.
If any of these matter to you, stay with them. A queue you fight with costs more than the subscription.
Campus-wide rollouts, deep integrations with student and patient systems, procurement paperwork done properly. That is their home ground, not ours.
Where visitors have no messenger and no smartphone habit, an SMS-first system reaches more of them than we do.
Implementation help, training and a named manager. We are a small product with email support.
The number is on the page. No discovery call to find out whether this fits your budget.
Create the queue, print the QR poster, open the board. Nothing to install, nobody to schedule.
A single clinic, branch or office pays for one location, not for a platform built for a hospital network.
Real screens, not mockups: a live queue at a clinic with five people waiting.

For a single office, it covers the work: services routed to the right window, boards with voice call-ups, staff roles with PIN sign-in and an action log, appointments, analytics by window and person, and printable reports. For strict procurement, formal certification or campus-scale integration, an enterprise vendor is the safer answer.
You can, but you do not have to. Everything on the free plan works without a conversation. If you want help, write to support and you get a reply within a day.
No, and that is a deliberate trade-off. People are notified through Telegram or a push in the browser, which costs nothing per message, so a busy day does not turn into a bill. If SMS is a hard requirement for your visitors, a tool that bills for texts will suit you better than we will.
There is nothing to migrate on the visitor side: your queue starts empty every day anyway. Create a queue, print the QR poster, open the board on any screen. Most places are running the same afternoon, and you can keep the old system live for a week and compare.
One location runs free, with no monthly cap on how many people take a ticket: up to two service points and two staff accounts, notifications via Telegram and browser push, a display board with voice call-ups, a kiosk and basic stats. Business is $19 per location a month and adds unlimited service points and staff, services with routing, appointments, your own branding and analytics. Network starts at $17 per location a month and adds an open API and several branches under one roof.
Free, no signup. Keep your current system running and compare for a week.
