Cafés, coffee shops and order pickup

Order queue for cafés, coffee shops and takeaway

Your guest gets a number from the receipt or by scanning a QR code, watches it move from Preparing to Ready on the board, and gets a notification when the order can be picked up. No buzzers to hand out, no names shouted over the espresso machine, no crowd leaning on the counter: the barista taps one button and the rest happens on its own.

Sound familiar?

A crowd at the pickup counter

People stand right at the register asking whether theirs is done yet. The barista keeps getting pulled away, and the pickup crowd tangles with the ordering line.

Names shouted over the noise

In a busy room nobody hears their name, and a guest sitting outside never will. The drink goes cold while they wait for it.

Buzzers get lost and broken

Those vibrating pucks cost real money, guests walk off with them and drop them. And nobody installs an app for one coffee.

How this works where you are

Create a queue from the Café template

The template turns on order mode: the board shows two columns, Preparing and Ready, instead of a single waiting line.

Put a QR code by the register

The guest scans it and types the number from the receipt, or takes a number themselves. You can use your own numbering so it matches your till.

Tap Ready when it is done

The number moves to the Ready column and the guest gets a notification on Telegram or a push in the browser. No SMS costs.

03

What you will actually use

Order mode: Preparing and Ready

A board built for cafés, fast food and pizza places: one tap moves an order from the left column to the right. Included in the free plan.

A board on any TV

Open a link on the TV or a tablet at the counter. Whatever space is left over shows your menu, offers and slides.

Your own order numbers

Receipt numbers, table numbers, tokens: the line works with your numbering instead of forcing its own on you.

Table ready

Same idea for a restaurant with seating: guests wait outside and get a Your table is ready message on their phone.

Reviews where they help

After pickup the guest rates the visit. Happy people go to your review page, unhappy ones write to you directly.

Opening hours and a daily reset

The line opens and closes on your schedule, and numbering starts from one again each morning by itself.
