Parcel pickup points

Customer queue for parcel pickup points

A customer scans the QR code at the door, joins the line and waits wherever they like: outside, in the car, in the shop next door. The Come to desk 2 notification arrives on their phone. A ticket can only be taken near the point, so nobody joins the line from home.

Sound familiar?

A line outside at rush hour

After work there is a crowd at the door arguing about who came first, while one person handles both pickups and returns.

Nobody to call

Your colleague went to the back for a box, the front is empty, and the next customer cannot tell whether to wait or knock.

Places taken from home

Clever customers join the line in advance and show up for their number, so the people actually standing there wait twice as long.

02

How this works where you are

Create a queue

One location, one or two pickup desks. Services like pickup and return can be added later, when you need them.

QR on the door and at the desk

Customers join from outside. A tablet at the desk shows whose number is next.

Call people one at a time

Staff press Next and the customer gets a notification on Telegram or a push in the browser. No SMS and no shouting.

03

What you will actually use

Tickets only on site

Joining works only within a radius you set around the point, which stops tickets taken from home and places sold on. Included in the free plan.

A call-staff button

A tablet in the room with one button: the customer presses it, and whoever is in the back hears a signal and gets a message in the bot.

Opening hours

The line opens and closes on your schedule, and numbering starts over each morning.

One message to everyone waiting

Pickup is running ten minutes late, we are open through lunch: one text goes to the board and to every waiting phone.

Rush hours in numbers

Stats by hour and day show when to open a second desk. You also get an alert if the line grows or stops moving.

A network of points

On the Network plan several points sit under one brand with combined analytics, and events go to your own system through the API.

Common questions

Not necessarily: customers follow the line on their phones and get a notification when called. If you do want a board, any tablet or TV with a browser will do.

Turn on tickets only on site: joining works only within the radius you set around the address. It is part of the free plan.

Your staff can add that person to the line by hand in one tap, or you can put a tablet by the door as a kiosk: press the button, get a number, print a paper ticket if you want one. The board calls numbers out loud, so nobody has to watch a screen.

One location runs free: up to two service points and two staff accounts, notifications via Telegram and browser push, a display board with voice call-ups, a kiosk and basic stats. Business is $19 per location a month and adds unlimited service points, services with routing, appointments, your own branding and analytics over any period. Network starts at $17 per location a month for several branches. Business is on for a week when you sign up, and no card is asked for.

Try it at your place
