Common questions

Yes. The Auto service template adds a Plate or work order number field when someone joins, and staff see it next to the ticket. The field can be renamed to fit how you work.

Opening hours start and stop the line on a schedule, and the load forecast on the Business plan uses your own history to show which hours will be busy and how many bays to keep open.

Your staff can add that person to the line by hand in one tap, or you can put a tablet by the door as a kiosk: press the button, get a number, print a paper ticket if you want one. The board calls numbers out loud, so nobody has to watch a screen.

One location runs free: up to two service points and two staff accounts, notifications via Telegram and browser push, a display board with voice call-ups, a kiosk and basic stats. Business is $19 per location a month and adds unlimited service points, services with routing, appointments, your own branding and analytics over any period. Network starts at $17 per location a month for several branches. Business is on for a week when you sign up, and no card is asked for.
